FAQs

Everything you need to know

A request for treatment is reviewed by a licensed clinician. Prescriptions are never guaranteed.

How does NoTimeRx work?

You request treatment through NoTimeRx, complete a medical intake, and a U.S.-licensed provider reviews your information. The provider makes an independent clinical decision and may approve, modify, request more information, or deny treatment. If a prescription is issued, it is transmitted electronically to the patient's pharmacy of record for fulfillment. For compounded medications, NoTimeRx may present a compounding pharmacy partner known to support the prescribed formulation, while the patient may request another eligible pharmacy that is able to dispense it. Medication costs and pharmacy fulfillment are separate from NoTimeRx platform or care-access fees.

Who is NoTimeRx for?

NoTimeRx serves adult patients in the United States who want clinician-reviewed telehealth for categories such as hair and skin, sleep, sexual and reproductive health, oral care, eye care, longevity, and related therapies. Licensed providers use the platform to review intakes and prescribe when clinically appropriate. We do not treat emergencies.

How does e-prescribing work?

When a licensed provider determines that medication is appropriate, the provider selects or changes the medication based on independent clinical judgment. A product requested through NoTimeRx is not a guaranteed prescription.

If a prescription is issued, it is transmitted electronically to the patient's pharmacy of record. For compounded medications, NoTimeRx may present a compounding pharmacy partner because we have an established understanding of that pharmacy's current status and the formulations, strengths, dosage forms, ingredients, and service areas it may support. Patients may request another appropriately licensed pharmacy that is able and willing to dispense the prescribed medication.

Can I choose my pharmacy?

Patients may select the pharmacy they would like to use for their prescription. For compounded medications, NoTimeRx may present an independent compounding pharmacy partner whose capabilities for the prescribed formulation are already understood.

A patient may request another eligible pharmacy, provided that pharmacy is appropriately licensed and is able and willing to prepare or dispense the prescription. Because compounded formulations and pharmacy capabilities vary, another pharmacy may not necessarily offer the same formulation.

The dispensing pharmacy remains independently responsible for prescription review, dispensing, counseling, and fulfillment.

Am I guaranteed a prescription?

No. A request for treatment is not a prescription. Your provider may approve, modify the medication, ask for more information or labs, or deny treatment if it is not clinically appropriate. There is no guarantee that any specific product will be prescribed.

Are the providers licensed?

Yes. Every prescription is signed by a U.S.-licensed clinician who reviewed your intake, medications, and contraindications. Recommendation tools help the clinician; they do not replace clinical judgment.

How old do I need to be?

NoTimeRx is for adults. Patients must be at least 19 years old. Availability also depends on your U.S. state and the specific therapy.

How is my health information protected?

We treat health information as protected health information under HIPAA. Support staff cannot read your medical records. Clinical questions should go through the patient portal so they reach your assigned provider. See our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice for details.

What do I pay for?

NoTimeRx platform or care-access fees are separate from the cost of prescription medication.

Prescription medications are dispensed by an independent pharmacy. Medication cost and any applicable pharmacy shipping charges relate to fulfillment by the dispensing pharmacy. In workflows where payment is collected through an integrated NoTimeRx checkout, NoTimeRx may facilitate payment processing as an administrative service associated with pharmacy fulfillment. This does not make NoTimeRx the dispensing pharmacy, and payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Any non-prescription products or charges, if applicable, are identified separately from prescription medication charges.

How do I contact NoTimeRx?

Email support@notimerx.com for account, platform, and NoTimeRx billing questions. Use the patient portal for clinical questions. Questions specifically concerning pharmacy preparation, dispensing, medication labeling, or pharmacy fulfillment and shipment may need to be directed to the dispensing pharmacy. Live chat is available on the site weekdays. For urgent medical issues, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
