Meet CraftedRx
CraftedRx is an independent compounding pharmacy partner that may fulfill customized prescriptions coordinated through NoTimeRx. When an independent licensed healthcare provider determines that a compounded medication is appropriate and sends a valid patient-specific prescription to CraftedRx, the pharmacy independently reviews the prescription, prepares the medication in accordance with applicable pharmacy requirements, dispenses it, and coordinates shipment to the patient.

Our Compounding Pharmacy Partnership
NoTimeRx works with CraftedRx as an independent compounding pharmacy partner for certain compounded prescription therapies. CraftedRx describes itself as a licensed compounding pharmacy focused on customized medication and telehealth fulfillment.
We refer to CraftedRx as a pharmacy partner because NoTimeRx has established an operational relationship with the pharmacy and an understanding of its current pharmacy status, service areas, and compounding capabilities, including the formulations, ingredients, strengths, and dosage forms it may be able to support.
This information helps NoTimeRx identify a pharmacy known to have relevant capabilities when a Provider prescribes a compounded formulation. The partnership does not require a patient to use CraftedRx and does not make CraftedRx part of NoTimeRx.
NoTimeRx is operated by Biotica Consulting LLC d/b/a NoTimeRx as a non-clinical management services organization and technology platform. CraftedRx is a separate pharmacy organization with its own pharmacists, pharmacy operations, licensure, professional responsibilities, policies, and regulatory obligations. NoTimeRx is not a pharmacy and does not compound or dispense prescription medications.
What 503A Compounding Means
CraftedRx operates as a traditional Section 503A compounding pharmacy. In general, 503A pharmacy compounding is centered on prescriptions prepared for an identified individual patient pursuant to a valid prescription or qualifying prescriber relationship and is regulated through a combination of federal law and state pharmacy requirements.
Compounding can allow a pharmacist to prepare a medication in a formulation that differs from a commercially manufactured product when a licensed prescriber determines that an individualized preparation is appropriate for a patient. Depending on the prescription, pharmacy capabilities, applicable law, and professional judgment, customization may involve a particular strength, dosage form, combination of ingredients, topical base, capsule, liquid, gel, cream, or another patient-specific formulation.
How the Prescription Moves From Provider to Pharmacy
Your information is routed through the NoTimeRx platform for review by an independent licensed Provider.
The Provider reviews the information available, determines whether treatment is appropriate, and decides whether to prescribe. A requested medication is never automatically guaranteed.
If CraftedRx is selected as the dispensing pharmacy, the prescription is transmitted to CraftedRx for pharmacy-side review. For compounded medications, NoTimeRx may present CraftedRx as an option because its relevant compounding capabilities are already understood.
When CraftedRx receives a prescription it is able to fill, the pharmacy compounds the prescribed formulation in accordance with the prescription, its professional standards, applicable law, and its own pharmacy procedures.
CraftedRx coordinates pharmacy fulfillment and delivery when it is the dispensing pharmacy and where the prescription can lawfully be dispensed and shipped.
Why We Work With a Telehealth-Focused Compounding Pharmacy
A telehealth prescription workflow can benefit from pharmacies that understand both patient-specific compounding and the operational needs of remote care. CraftedRx states that its services are designed around telehealth partnerships, prescription workflow integration, customized medication, and nationwide fulfillment capabilities.
Patient-specific strengths, dosage forms, ingredients, and delivery formats may be prepared when prescribed and appropriate.
CraftedRx supports telehealth-oriented prescription and fulfillment workflows, including technology integration.
CraftedRx states that its compounding processes follow applicable USP standards and internal quality-control procedures.
CraftedRx states that it supports nationwide pharmacy fulfillment, subject to applicable state law, licensure, product availability, and prescription requirements.
Who Decides What Medication You Receive?
Your independent licensed Provider does. NoTimeRx does not instruct a Provider to issue a prescription and CraftedRx does not replace the Provider's medical judgment. The Provider may approve a requested treatment, recommend a different treatment, request additional information, require testing or a synchronous visit, decline to prescribe, or refer you to another source of care.
If a prescription is issued, the dispensing pharmacy remains responsible for the pharmacy functions associated with that prescription, including determining whether it can lawfully and appropriately fill the prescription, preparing the compounded medication, labeling it, and providing pharmacy-related information or counseling.
Is CraftedRx the Only Pharmacy a Patient Can Use?
No. CraftedRx is a compounding pharmacy partner that may fulfill prescriptions coordinated through NoTimeRx, but patients are not required to use CraftedRx solely because it is a NoTimeRx partner.
For compounded prescriptions, NoTimeRx may present CraftedRx because we have an established understanding of its current pharmacy status and the formulations, ingredients, strengths, dosage forms, service areas, and other compounding capabilities it may support.
A patient may request that a prescription be sent to another pharmacy of their choice, provided that the pharmacy is appropriately licensed or otherwise eligible to receive the prescription and is able and willing to prepare or dispense the prescribed medication. Because compounded formulations can vary substantially between pharmacies, another pharmacy may not necessarily offer the same formulation or have the same compounding capabilities.
The dispensing pharmacy ultimately determines whether it can lawfully and appropriately fill the prescription.
Nationwide Fulfillment
CraftedRx states that it provides service and fulfillment capabilities across all 50 states. Actual dispensing and shipping of a particular prescription remain subject to the patient's location, CraftedRx's applicable pharmacy authority, the medication involved, pharmacy availability, and federal and state law.
Quality and Accreditation
CraftedRx states that it follows applicable USP compounding standards and uses quality controls designed for compounded medication preparation. CraftedRx also displays a compounding pharmacy accreditation badge issued through the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy accreditation program on its website.
Pharmacy accreditation, licensure, and quality programs belong to CraftedRx as the independent pharmacy. They should not be interpreted as accreditation of NoTimeRx or of the independent medical Providers who use the NoTimeRx platform.
Questions About Your Prescription
Questions about whether a medication is appropriate for you, changes to treatment, side effects, dosing, or your care plan should be directed to your independent Provider through the NoTimeRx patient portal.
Questions about pharmacy preparation, dispensing, shipment, medication labeling, or pharmacy counseling may need to be handled directly by CraftedRx as the dispensing pharmacy.
