1. General Support

For most non-clinical questions, email info@notimerx.com. This includes questions about your account, payment status, subscriptions, refunds, order status, shipping, website access, and other administrative issues.

Including your name and the email address associated with your NoTimeRx account can help us locate the correct account or order. If your question relates to an order, you may also include the applicable order number.

2. Clinical and Medication Questions

NoTimeRx is a non-clinical management services organization and technology platform. Independent licensed healthcare providers make medical and prescribing decisions.

If your question is about a medication, symptom, side effect, dose, treatment plan, laboratory result, medical history, or another clinical issue, use the secure communication tools available through your patient account.

Administrative support may help route a request, but support personnel do not replace your Provider and cannot independently diagnose, prescribe, change a prescription, or make treatment decisions.

3. Billing, Orders, and Shipping

For billing questions, payment issues, refunds, pharmacy-order status, shipping questions, address concerns, or damaged and missing-order questions, email info@notimerx.com.

Depending on the issue, NoTimeRx may need to coordinate with an independent Provider, pharmacy, payment processor, fulfillment partner, or shipping carrier before a final resolution is available.

4. Privacy Questions

For questions specifically about privacy practices or privacy rights, you may contact privacy@notimerx.com. You can also review our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Medical-record and HIPAA requests may need to be handled by, or coordinated with, the independent Provider or professional medical entity responsible for the applicable record.

Clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, healthcare organizations, technology vendors, and other potential partners can contact us at info@notimerx.com.

To help us route the inquiry, use a subject line such as Partnership Inquiry, Clinic Inquiry, or Pharmacy Inquiry and include the organization name and a short description of the proposed relationship.

6. Press and Media

Journalists, publications, creators, and media organizations can email info@notimerx.com. Please use Press Inquiry in the subject line and include your publication, deadline, and the nature of the request.

7. Security Reports

If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability affecting NoTimeRx, email info@notimerx.com and place Security Report in the subject line.

Please provide enough information for us to understand and reproduce the issue, but do not access, download, alter, retain, or disclose patient information or other data that you are not authorized to access. Do not use testing techniques that could disrupt service availability or harm users.

Legal correspondence intended for NoTimeRx may be sent to info@notimerx.com with Legal Correspondence in the subject line.

Emailing NoTimeRx does not waive any requirement for formal service of process, subpoena service, or other legally required method of delivery. Formal legal process must comply with applicable law.
