NoTimeRx is a telehealth platform. Providers prescribe through DoseSpot. Prescriptions transmit electronically to a licensed pharmacy. A request for treatment is never a guarantee that a medication will be prescribed.
Start a visit on NoTimeRx, complete a medical intake, and share the history your provider needs. Selecting a product is a request for evaluation — not a prescription.
A U.S.-licensed clinician reviews your intake, medications, and contraindications, then makes an independent clinical decision. Tools may assist; they do not replace the provider.
If treatment is appropriate, the provider uses DoseSpot e-prescribing to choose or change the medication as clinically indicated. They may also request more information, order labs, modify therapy, or deny the request.
Approved prescriptions transmit electronically to the pharmacy of record — a partner pharmacy or, where applicable, a pharmacy you select.
Visit or platform fees cover clinical review. Medication cost, dispensing, and shipping are billed separately by the pharmacy or at medication checkout.
The pharmacy dispenses, counsels, and ships when applicable. There is no guarantee of a prescription. Your provider remains responsible for the clinical decision.
