Connected to pharmacies. Not a pharmacy ourselves.
NoTimeRx is a telehealth platform. When a provider issues a prescription, it is sent electronically to a licensed pharmacy for dispensing. We do not operate as a mail-order pharmacy.
Provider choice of medication. Patient choice of pharmacy.

01
Prescriber chooses the medication
A U.S.-licensed provider reviews your intake and selects, changes, or declines medication based on clinical judgment. Cart items are a request, not a guaranteed Rx.
-
02
Patient pharmacy of record
Approved prescriptions are transmitted electronically to the patient's pharmacy of record. For compounded prescriptions, NoTimeRx may present a compounding pharmacy partner known to support the prescribed formulation. Patients may request another eligible pharmacy that is appropriately licensed and able to dispense the prescription.

03
Fulfillment is separate
The dispensing pharmacy reviews the prescription, dispenses the medication, provides pharmacy counseling, and collects medication and applicable shipping charges. Those charges are separate from NoTimeRx visit or platform fees.

Compounding pharmacy partners
NoTimeRx works with independent compounding pharmacies where we have established an operational relationship and an understanding of their current pharmacy status, service areas, and compounding capabilities, including the formulations, strengths, dosage forms, and ingredients they can or cannot support. These relationships help identify pharmacies capable of fulfilling particular compounded prescriptions and do not require patients to use a specific partner pharmacy.
Pharmacies and compounding partners
Partner pharmacies are independent compounding pharmacies with which NoTimeRx has established an understanding of their current status and compounding capabilities. When a provider determines that a compounded medication is appropriate, this information can help identify a pharmacy known to support the prescribed formulation. Patients may request another eligible pharmacy that is appropriately licensed and able to dispense the prescription. The dispensing pharmacy remains independently responsible for prescription review, compounding, dispensing, counseling, and fulfillment.
